Flowtherm’s Distribution Partnership is Getting Daniatech into The Mix Downunder

Daniatech

Standfirst: Daniatech’s leading edge mixers are supported by Flowtherm’s distribution partnership program.

Founded in 2015 in Demark, Daniatech’s mission has always been to develop and sell state-of-the-art mixers for the processing industry and solidify itself as a global leader with a focus on reduced power consumption and noise reduction. The company was formed by a group of experts with extensive industrial experience in the mixing technologies for processing dairy, starch and food products.

Jens Andersen is the Director of Daniatech, leading its global expansion for the next generation of mixing solutions for the process industry —and they have Australia in their sights. Andersen believes Australia is a unique market for process mixers, one that Daniatech believe is ripe for innovation.

“Australia’s manufacturing is recovering, and customers are looking for alternatives,” says Andersen, “We already have multinational partnerships and distribute mixers across Eastern Europe, EU, Middle East, Southeast Asia and Singapore. “

The company has a strong focus on high-quality and energy-efficient solutions. In close cooperation with Belgian pump manufacturer, Daniatech has developed a highly efficient and robust mixer unit.

Daniatech’s long-term focus on energy consumption has meant that their estimated power consumption is significantly lower than their competitors. According to Andersen, this has become a significant factor for customers choosing mixers amidst a growing energy crisis. “Compared to our competitors, we estimate our power consumption is 20% less.”

Daniatech is world-renowned in process mix innovation and development, but having machines distributed across the globe without a designated maintenance team can pose problems for the buyer and the reputation of the Daniatech brand at large.

Flowthem’s Australian distribution partnership program has helped Daniatech supply a strong product portfolio from test mixers to complete integrated mixing and powder handling solutions that provide customers with flexibility, reliability and peace of mind. The partnership program provides local support, consultation, installation and maintenance.

Distance is the critical issue that has been solved with Flowtherm’s partnership. “We cannot afford to send a service engineer over from Denmark every time a piece of equipment needs to be serviced.”  Flowtherm’s partner distribution program ensures peace of mind for Daniatech and fast wholistic service for the process mixing industry in Australia.

“Australia has a strong and growing market, but it’s a remote market.” says Andresen, “So you need to have a strong partner that can cover its customer and machine service and who can also work entirely independent in the Australian market sufficiently.”

Daniatech is looking to further its market growth in Australia with plans for pilot plants.

“We see a need, not that far away…to have one of our pilot plants installed in Australia where we can do testing and producing.”

This will provide manufacturers access to leading technology and the ability to test product lines in real-time, as well as advanced education on service and versatility.

The partnership between Flowtherm Australia and Daniatech is providing Australians in the process and handling industries alternative options, quality solutions and flexible equipment with the advantage of cost savings that haven’t been available until recently.  The addition of a test mixer onsite at the pilot plant will provide a real-time use case that customers can trial.
