Today is Flowtherm’s 20th Anniversary since we first opened shop in Melbourne back on the 21st of May, 2001. This is a moment to reflect on our past, celebrate our current successes and relationships, and to look to our future as a company and as part of an industry and community.

A lot has changed between in twenty years. We began as a small Victorian company, and have now grown to service the entire country of Australia, as well has expanding to physical presences in both Singapore and New Zealand. Through initiatives such as our Options and Solutions strategy, we’ve changed a great deal internally too, focusing our energies on really honing our customer service, consulting abilities, and offering greater choices to customers, rather than merely serving as a interlocutor between suppliers and manufacturers. We feel this has become a great strength of ours, and something that now informs our fundamental outlook on what value we can add to your experience with us as a partner.

None of this growth would be possible had it not been for the support we’ve received from you. We’d love to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has worked with us over these many years and helped us, whether it has been our great employees who have added so much and transformed our company, or the many customers who have graced us with your business, insights, and industry experience. We are incredibly grateful to our business partners, and customers big and small. We hope to continue servicing your engineering needs for many years to come.
